The Green Solution Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary with Donald Ray Crockett

DENVER – The Green Solution (TGS), one of Colorado’s first dispensaries and now the state’s largest cannabis company, will celebrate its 10-year anniversary in October. TGS will honor the occasion with a customer appreciation event featuring a special appearance by football legend, Donald Ray Crockett, from 2-6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24 at the company’s first dispensary, located at 470 Malley Dr. in Northglenn.

Founded in 2010 by Colorado natives and twin brothers, Kyle Speidell and Eric Speidell, TGS was one of the first recreational dispensaries in the nation. Over the course of the past 10 years, TGS has received more than 100 awards for its quality flower, concentrates, edibles and topicals through its portfolio of cannabis brands.

TGS’ anniversary customer appreciation event on Saturday, Oct. 24 will feature a meet-and-greet opportunity with Crockett, complimentary bites from Smokin’ Bones BBQ, prize giveaways and more.

The first 25 customers will receive a complimentary autographed copy of Crockett’s new book, “Bump and Run.” The first 100 customers will receive complimentary gift bags with select merchandise from vendors. TGS will facilitate giveaways, door-buster deals and weekly offers at all retail locations throughout the month of October. Giveaways will include a chance to win 15, 25 or 35 percent off purchases for one year. Door-busters will be available on Saturday, Oct. 24, and will reward 10 winners per location with $20 gift cards. Additionally, from Monday, Oct. 12 through Wednesday, Oct. 14, TGS will host select offerings for “Munchie Monday”, “Oil Tuesday” and “Wellness Wednesday.”

TGS has added a self-serve kiosk shopping experience for customers, limiting contact and expediting purchases through its express pick-up option. The kiosks are integrated with TGS’ loyalty program, which offers five percent reward points on every purchase, and showcases the store’s newly-renovated retail layouts. These additions represent TGS’ progress in maintaining a concierge-level blend of digital innovation bridging the human gaps created by social distancing. Throughout the stores, new category layouts, visual displays and tablets have been added for customers to browse flower inventory by species, weight and price. TGS has also introduced over 100 new products from third-party vendors, including Jane West and Harmony.

Pick-up options are also available, allowing customers to shop via express check-out windows. TGS strictly enforces social distancing measures, requiring a minimum of six feet between all customers, and reminds all staff and customers to avoid direct contact through retail sales and transactions. From cultivation to customer, TGS has implemented procedures to minimize human contact with its products. TGS has also increased cleaning protocols at all locations, disinfecting surfaces and display cases between customers, and providing hand sanitizing stations at all locations. All employees are provided with personal protective equipment, and any employee reporting potential symptoms are staying home from work. All of the company’s flower and edible products are individually sealed, nitrogen packed and date stamped to guarantee freshness. All customers are required to wear face masks in stores and mandated orders by all counties are strictly followed.
